Cleaning Rates Double Bay — Three Tiers, Every Inclusion Listed

This is the rate card we quote from across Double Bay NSW 2028, published rather than kept behind a sales call. Three contract tiers run from a straightforward daily reset to a finish-level program for showrooms and cosmetic suites, and project work sits on a separate one-off rate. Whichever tier you land on, the hours become a fixed monthly figure in writing before we start. Pro Clean Corp services Double Bay 2028 and surrounds, from the Knox Street boutiques to the strata blocks above Bay Street.

One-off and project rates

Anything outside a recurring program is priced at $40 to $50 per hour and issued as a fixed total after a site inspection, so you approve a number rather than an estimate:

  • Deep cleans and seasonal resets, including kitchen degreases for hospitality sites
  • Post-fitout and pre-opening cleans, timed after the last trade leaves
  • End of lease and commercial make-good, with a free re-attend if your agent flags a cleaning item within seven days
  • Carpet hot-water extraction, hard floor machine scrubbing, and strip-and-seal on vinyl or VCT
  • Event, launch, private viewing and photography-shoot cleans
  • Bin room and car park deep cleans for strata buildings

What is included in every tier, without asking

Police-checked cleaners on every shift and a NSW Working With Children Check on childcare and education sites. $20 million public liability insurance and workers compensation, with certificates supplied to landlords, strata managers and centre management. A written room-by-room scope with a frequency against each line. Colour-coded microfibre so bathroom equipment never reaches a kitchen bench. Safety data sheets kept on site. A signed log after every attendance. Month-to-month terms with 30 days written notice, and any line item missed is corrected on the next scheduled visit.

Multi-site and portfolio pricing

Operators with more than one site in the 2028 village, or agents managing several buildings across Double Bay, Darling Point, Point Piper, Bellevue Hill and Edgecliff, receive one agreement, one invoice and portfolio pricing typically 5 to 10 percent below separately quoted sites.

Cleaning rates Double Bay — FAQs

What are your cleaning rates in Double Bay?

Two rates cover everything: $30 to $45 per hour for ongoing contract cleaning, and $40 to $50 per hour for one-off, deep, project and end of lease work. Both are converted into a fixed written figure before any work starts.

What is included in the Essential tier?

Essential covers floors, bins, bathrooms with consumables restocked, kitchen benches and sinks, entry glass and high-touch disinfection. It suits small suites, single shopfronts and low-traffic sites that need a consistent daily or weekly reset rather than a full detail.

What extra do I get on the Professional tier?

Professional adds full desk and joinery detailing, internal glass and partitions, appliance exteriors, kitchen cupboard fronts, skirting and edge work on rotation, meeting and treatment room detail, and a monthly photo audit sent to your manager.

When is the Premium tier worth it?

Premium is for sites where presentation is the product — galleries, showrooms, cosmetic clinics, boutique retail and prestige strata lobbies. It adds finish-level glass and stone care, display and joinery detailing, scheduled floor restoration, and supervisor sign-off under display lighting on every visit.

Are consumables charged separately?

Yes, and always itemised. Paper, soap, sanitiser and bin liners are supplied at cost plus a small handling margin, or you can keep your own supplier and we simply restock what you provide.

Can I change tier or frequency later?

Yes. Scopes are living documents — add a room, drop a visit, move up a tier and the fixed monthly figure is re-issued in writing from the next cycle. Terms stay month-to-month with 30 days notice throughout.
